She is survived by: her children, Eugene Sheffield of Americus Georgia, Dennis Sheffield Jr. of Americus Georgia, Linda and Augustine Okafor of Nigeria; her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Ware of Americus and Lizzie Sheffield of Atlanta Georgia; and her close friend Mammie McCray. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
