He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his sons, Evan, Eric and James; his stepchildren, Sheila Daniel and Patrick Daniel; his grandchildren, Nelson, Sam, Landon, Jude, Caleb, Joelle, Clara, Maccabee and Christopher (Danielle); his great grandchildren, Liam, Avery, Jireh, Miriam, Nolan and Elijah; his sister Paula Burton; and his nephews, Neil Bowers, Chris Tupps, Kevin Tupps and Rex Burton.
