She was predeceased by: her parents, John Esbun Teate and Jane Fenn Teate; her husband Bennett Williams, Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Jane Sangster and Thomas L. Teate.
She is survived by: her children, Bennett Lester "Les" Williams, III and Jeania Susann "Suzi" Benedict; her grandchildren, Ray Charles Jenkins "CJ", Bennett L. Williams, IV and Sara K. Williams; and her sister Laura Cheek. She is also survived by four nephews; seven nieces; and many other special family members.
