He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Lane of Americus; his children, Steve Lewis of Hagerstown, MD, Rebecca Forrester (Ken) of Gainesville, GA, David Lewis of Atlantic Beach, FL and Tricia Lane of Pittsburg, PA; and his sister Dolly Vincent.
