He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Lapinski and Elsie Mae Lapinski; his brother Thomas Cashmere Lapinski, Jr.; and the mother of his children Sue Lapinski. He is survived by: his children, Johnny Heath Lapinski and Barbara Lapinski Russ (Rockki); his grandchildren, Mallary Welch (Taylor), Emily Grace Kelley (Zach) and Kesler Heath Wiggins; his brother Robert Lapinski; his great grandchildren, Adelynn and Isabelle Kelley; and his former wife Peggy Lapinski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
