She was predeceased by: her parents, Tillman Jasper Pilcher, Sr. and Florrie Mae Howard Pilcher; and her siblings, Christine Parker, Anita Taylor, Becky Durham, Rainey Pilcher and Donnie Pilcher.
She is survived by: her husband James Taylor Neighbors, Jr.; her children, Linah Amanda Jollay (Matt) of Atlanta, Martin "Mark" Fox (Juli) of Americus and James Taylor Neighbors III of North Carolina; her brother TJ Pilcher (Judy) of Buena Vista; her grandchildren, Chase Fox, Hannah Fox, James Taylor Neighbors IV, Jackson Neighbors, Nathan Jollay and Adelynn Jollay; and her great grandchildren, Olivia and Sawyer Fox.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of Aldridge Funeral & Cremation Services (612 Reese Park, Americus, GA 31709).
