She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Gordon Cross and Onnie Allen Cross; her daughter Bonita Carden; and her siblings, Ray Dean Cross, Melba Cross Robertson and Aubrey Eugene Cross.
She is survived by: her sons, Albert M. Carden (Gloria) of Easley, S. C., Thomas M. Carden, Jr. (Charlene) of Kennesaw, GA and Keith L. Carden (Jalaine) of Fallston, MD; her grandchildren, Andrew Carden, Philip Carden, Kendall Carden, Kyle Carden and Taylor Carden; and her siblings, Hugh Allen Cross (Alecia) of Centerville, GA and Cherry Cross Braswell (Johnny) of Waynesboro, GA.. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
