She was predeceased by : her parents, Louise Harrold and Billy Brown Stewart; her son Jimmy Lee Small; and her husband Raymond Hartage. She is survived by : her brothers, Willie Harrold of Americus and Grady Small (Alfreda) of Miami, Florida; her daughter-in-law Valeria Small of Oglethorpe, Georgia; her grandsons, Michael and Douglas Paul; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Myrical Mitchell, Eric Harvey Jr., Jasmine Nelson and Jamal Nelson; her cousins, Mamie Sampson, Sharon Jackson and Temeka Sampson; and her friend Brenda Wafford. She is also survived by Other cousins, church members, family and friends.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of West's Mortuary (731 N Lee St, Americus, GA 31719).
