She is survived by: her children, Stuart Lee Perry (Pam) of Americus and Susan Perry Childs (Joe) of Americus; her sister Betty Johnston of Albany; her grandchildren, Amanda Perry Campbell (Ryan), Scott Childs (Melissa), Chris Childs, Peyton Childs (Megan) and Ashleigh Childs Geurin (Shane); her great grandchildren, Emma Childs, JJ Armstrong, Landon Childs, Robert Childs, Rayleigh Childs, Savannah Childs, Addie Childs, Rylee Kate Campbell, Thomas Campbell and Greyson Childs; and her husband Marvin B. Moore.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Rudy's Happy Patch at the Perry Wellness Center for a memorial garden in her honor.
