It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Matthew Gray Hunt of Americus, Georgia, who passed away on July 23, 2025, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Hunt and Dorothy Hunt; and his brother Thomas Fredrick Hunt. He is survived by: his sister Cindy Keck (Steve); his children, Randy Hunt, Cheyenne Jacobs, Jonah Hunt, Noah Hunt, Gabriel Hunt, Elijah Hunt, Leland Hunt, Gracie Hunt, Ellie Hunt, Bella Hunt and Raylan Hunt; and his grandchildren, Braden Hunt, Brantley Hunt, Kwali Deveaux, Izara Deveaux and Parker Hunt.
A graveside service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Palmetto Cemetery (900 14th Ave W, Palmetto, FL 34221).
