He was predeceased by: his father Joe Henry Crenshaw of Cordele, Georgia.. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Libby" Wright Crenshaw; his daughter Emily Elizabeth Crenshaw; his pets, Dewey "Dawk" Crenshaw and Miss Ivy; his mother Laverne Fitzgerald Crenshaw of Cordele, Georgia; and his siblings, Steven Crenshaw (Cindy), Mark Crenshaw (Peggy) of Cordele, Georgia and Linda Crenshaw Charrette (Pete) of Villa Rica, Georgia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to the American Lung Cancer Association, the Prostate Cancer Foundation, or the American Cancer Society.
