He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Richard Bell and Lillian Smith Bell; his wife Jacqueline; his daughter Christy Faye Bell; and his sister Joann Mayo.
He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Bell (Michelle) and Wally Bell (Sharon); and his grandchildren, Rick, Dustin, Billy (Ana), Alicia, Chelsea, Master Austin (Caitlin) and Colby Hudson. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
