He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fletcher and Elizabeth Fletcher; and his brother Alan of Jackson Georgia. He is survived by: his wife Anne Bennett Fletcher; and his children, Bobby Fletcher (Denise) and Tricia Blount (Robert).
