He was predeceased by: his father Charles Loper. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Loper; his daughter Kay Salter (Eric); his grandchildren, Jeffery Salter (Christina), Marlie Carmichael (Brandon), Kristin Stokes (Evan) and Michael Loper Jr.; his great grandchildren, Reid Salter, Grayson Salter, Noah Carmichael and Dallas Stokes; and his friends, Al Junior Erkhart, Rick Davis and Gary Underwood.
In leiu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Kindred Hospice.
