Belcher "Christy" of Box Springs; his daughters, Katie Belcher of Box Springs and Cheslea Belcher of Box Springs; his brother Greg Belcher (Christy) of Commerce, GA.; his granddaughter Kinsley Callaway; his grandmother Mildred Hart of Dublin, GA; his parents-in-law, Richard and Bonnie Blackston of Americus; his brother-in-law Jody Russell Sr. of Ellaville; his nieces and nephews, Rand Belcher, Will Belcher, Jody Russell Jr., Michael Russell, Kurt Russell, Gracie Belcher and Kaley Russell; his children, Kirven and Chance Thomas Belcher; and his grandparents, Thomas Chester Hart, Abner T. Belcher and Marguerite Belcher.

Due to the COVID 19 restrictions no public visitation will be held.
