He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ellis and Ethel Holloman Ivey; and his siblings, Cecil Ivey, Oliver Ivey, Ellis Ivey, Thelma Leidy, Jewell Sutton and Mary Leak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Sumter Retirement Village, Magnolia Manor, and Phoebe Hospice.
