He is survived by: his spouse Stacy Hester Dowdy; his mother Ivey Jean Hunt-Dowdy; his children, Stacy Walls (Philip), Stephanie Smith, Doyle Dowdy (Jennifer) and Arry Miller (Cody); his grandchildren, Danielle Rouse (Austin), Jonathan Walls (Kali), Justin Walls (Kaylee), Ellis Smith, Russ Smith, Milly Dowdy, Aiden, Skylar and Scarlett "Punkin" Miller; his great grandchildren, Noah Rouse, Penny Walls and Jonah Rouse; and his siblings, Debbie Oder (Randy) and Tony Dowdy (Cynthia).
