She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, David C. Brinkman and Anne Fredericks (Ray); her sister Kathy White; her children, Elizabeth Michelle Waters and David Curtis Collins; her grandchildren, Courtney Nichole Waters, Ansley Hope Waters, Tucker Collins and Avonlea Collins; and her great grandchild Charlotte Miskelly.
