She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold E. Smith and Eula Overstreet Smith; and her siblings, Sheila Kay Smith and Denny E. Smith. She is survived by: her husband Staten Lewis, Jr.; her sister Deborah Parker; her sister-in-law Audrey Hughes Smith; and her pet Chloe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, two great-great nephews, one great-great niece.
