He is survived by: his wife Linda Pinkard Scoggins; his pets, Daisy, Elvis and Rowdy; his children, Dustin Scoggins (Amanda Shuman Scoggins) and Chancie Scoggins Fuerstinger (Jody Cook); his grandsons, Donovan Scoggins, Lucien Fuerstinger and Clive Cook; his siblings, Dewayne Scoggins (Debbie), Kathy Arp (David) and Chris Scoggins (Kellie); Hobie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
