She was predeceased by : her parents, Hugh Melvin Hindmon and Effir Sue Gaston Hindmon; her brother Hugh "Eddie" Hindmon; and her niece Lisa Hindmon. She is survived by : her niece Fran Smith (Bryan); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sean, Sarah and Shepherd Smith.
