He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Holloway and Frances Rainwater Holloway; and his sister Vicki Holloway. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Tallent Holloway; his son David Holloway; and his siblings, Greg Holloway (Tammy) and Meg Holloway.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or a tree be planted in his memory.
