He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Rozier Steedley of Argyle; his children, Tyran Leonard Steedley of Argyle, Erin Lingefelt of Argyle and April Lynn Penna (Joseph) of Charlotte, NC; his grandchildren, Caleb Lingefelt, Mikayla Lingefelt, Joseph Penna, III, Mary Grace Penna and Ava Penna; his great grandchildren, Grayson Lingefelt, Everleigh Turner and Sawyer Turner; and his siblings, James Steedley (Lisa) of Argyle, Ronnie Steedley (Lisa) of Brunswick, Randy Steedley (Debra) of Douglas, Laverne Thomas of Waycross and Patsy Lott of Lakeland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Roundtree Funeral Home (240 E Dame Ave, Homerville, GA 31634). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
