He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Simpson and Mary Simpson; and his siblings, Billy Simpson, Walt Simpson, Sharon Simpson, Frank Simpson, Catherine Green, RosaNell Roberts, Shirley Trammell and Gladys Simpson. He is also survived by uncle and is survived by many nieces and nephews.
