He is survived by: his sons, Timothy W. Lowe Sr., Crawford and Travis D. Lowe (Lisa); his grandchildren, Timothy W. Lowe Jr. (Emily) and Cassidy A. Lowe; his great grandchildren, Rhett D. Lowe and Wyatt H. Lowe; and his brother Tony Lowe (Lorrie). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
