He was predeceased by: his parents, William Livingston and Francis Turner Livingston Sanger; and his grandchildren, Gage O'Toole and Alexis Livingston. He is survived by: his wife Doloris Diane Andrews Livingston; his children, Teresa (Vernon Tilton), Diane O'Toole, Jamie (Cyndi Livingston, Sr.) and Christopher (April O'Toole); and his brothers, Lee Livingston and Carl Sanger.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Albritton Funeral Directors (1020 Tift Ave N, Tifton, GA 31794). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
