It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Agathe Hildegard Marks (Athens, Georgia), who passed away on March 26, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Agathe Hildegard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Agathe Hildegard farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernst Hartmeyer and Maria Kneis Hartmeyer; and her husband Don Michael Marks. She is survived by: her sister Traudel Mueller; her children, Stefan (Uschi), Barbara (Mitch) and Patricia (Tracy); and her granddaughter Sabrina (Bryce).
