She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Lee Lawson, Sr. and Mary Juanita Highsmith Lawson; and her husband Homer Ross. She is survived by : her children, Robert Parrish (Amy) and Donna Elder (Barry); her grandchildren, Nathan Henry "Hank" Morris, Lindsey Gwenell Parrish and Robert Brooks Parrish; and her siblings, Henry Lee Lawson, Jr., Anita Kay Lawson and Betty Sue Gurganus. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
