She is survived by: her husband Richard Neil Witcher; her children, Rhonda Howington, Lorie Edwards (Dennie) and James Hembree (Margaret); her stepchildren, Russell Witcher (Yadira), Andy Witcher and Alan Witcher (Heather); her grandchildren, Brandon Elrod, Angela Fields, Veronica Acosta, Vaughn Howington, James Robert Hembree, Brittany Thomas, Stephen Hembree, Serinti Correll, Kailyn Witcher, Laynie Witcher, Levi Witcher, Joshua Chaneney, Benjamin Witcher, Luke Witcher, Clara Witcher, Russell Witcher, Jr. and Jacob Wither; and her great-aunt Ruth Burns.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lord & Stephens Funeral Homes (4355 Lexington Rd, Athens, GA 30605). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
