She was predeceased by: her parents, James Silmer "Sam" Paul and Fannie Lou Gunter Paul; her husband Ralph Clifford Parham; her son-in-law Chandler Brown; and her brother James Carl Paul.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Brown of Elberton, Donnie Parham of Dewy Rose and Debbie Moore of Woodstock; her sister Jeanette Russell of Comer; her grandchildren, Jason Ashley Brown (Kimberly), Joshua Paul Brown (Amy), Abby Elaine Moore and Wesley David Moore; and her great grandchildren, Austin Ray Brown, Chansley Leanne Brown and Caraleigh Grace Brown. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Berry Funeral Home (1265 Washington Hwy, Elberton, GA 30635). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
