He is survived by: his wife Jessica Smith; his parents, Randy Smith (Denise) and Linda Gatchell (David); his children, Dylan, Olivia and Drake Smith; his grandparents, Gene and Hazel Smith; and his siblings, Taylor Gardner, Lindsey Leist, Bonnie Hutchings, Chelsea Pardue, Ashely Smith, Tiffani Harvey-Patterson, Rebecca Hale, Francis Finch, Sierra Roberts, Brooke Smith and Marykatheryn Roberts.
