He is survived by: his parents, Charles Lochridge Weatherly and Nancy Daniel McCurdy; his wife Kimberly Gibson Weatherly; his children, Joy, Caroline, Samantha and Owen Weatherly; and his siblings, Nancy Pachick and Charles "Chip" Weatherly, Jr..
