We announce the death of Charles Barton Clark (Athens, Georgia), born in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 16, 2026, at the age of 93. Charles will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his wife Lona Lee Cochran Clark; his daughter Susan Jane Clark; and his grandson Gerald Steven Lawson, Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Clark Lawson, Diana Clark Cone (Allen), Penny Jo Clark and Amy Clark (Andrea Campanini); his grandchildren, Kelli Lawson Radford (Casey), Megan Cone Sears (John), Lindley Ann Cone Kent (Manning) and Charles Allen; and his great grandchildren, Claire, Robert, John Allen, Elizabeth Covington Sears, Georgia Lee, Mack Baker, Sabie Lynn Kent, Charles Grafton and Eleanor Ann Cone.
