She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Norris and Willie Mae Norris; her siblings, Ruby Mae Lee and Clarence Norris, Jr.; and her son-in-law Gary Samples.
She is survived by: her children, C. T. Thomason, Joe Edward Thomason, Ricky Thomason (Sandy), Fannie Samples, Joanne Purcell (Billy) and Helen Mclendon (Bobby). She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
