She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. Scoggins and Alliefair L. Scoggins; and her husband James Otis Towe. She is survived by: her children, Janet Thrasher (Mike), Jason Towe (Elizabeth) and Andrew Towe. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
