He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Eric Hill and Ruth Cushman Hill; and his former wife Nina Sue Hill. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Amos Hill; his children, Jeffrey Eric Hill (Alice), Daniel David Hill (Leigh) and Abigail Hill Spratlin Glamocic (Sefik); his stepchildren, Stephen Amos (Jennifer) and Dawn Amos Smrekar (Jacob); his siblings, Kenneth Cushman Hill (Elaine), Norman Eric Hill (Joan) and Alice Edith Hill (John); his grandson Edward Pope Spratlin, Jr.; and his stepgrandchildren, Ellie Amos, Christian and Tori Smrekar.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Tuckston United Methodist Church (4175 Lexington Rd, Athens, GA 30605).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Tuckston United Methodist Church.
