Phillips; and her siblings-in-law, Ron Phillips of Lawrenceville, Georgia and Lila Moriarity of Roswell, Georgia. She is also survived by her nephews and niece; her great-nephew and great-nieces; and the many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Debby's memory to St. Joseph Charities, a ministry of St. Joseph Catholic Church that provides emergency assistance to individuals in need and supports outreach efforts, including The Giving Tree and the Lenten Food Drive.
