He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence E. Kulp and Edna Mae Kulp; his wife Blanche; and his nephew David Kulp. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Kulp (Josh Ehm) of Alpharetta and Michael Kulp (Barbie); his grandchildren, Jack Kulp (Kate Kulp) of Atlanta and Caroline Kulp (Chase Enix) of Statham, Georgia.; his sister Maribeth Carran of Largo, Florida.; and his siblings-in-law, Lynda Statham Rutland and Guy Rutland, Jr..
