She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Lou Beard and Thomas Edward Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Starla Kettle, Julie Moody and Tammy Woods (Gary); her stepson Bengie Pulliam; and her siblings, Peggy Bray (Jerry), Bo Smith (Elaine), Roger Smith (Brenda) and Freddie Smith. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
