She is survived by: her brother Willie Raymond Epps Jr.; her sons, Jeff Purcell and Shane Purcell (Robin Purcell); her grandchildren, Jessica Adams (Tyler Alewine), Jennifer Plascencia (Daniel Plascencia), Victoria Grant (Fred Grant), Alexis Purcell, Coley Purcell, Blake Wall, Emily Wall and Raylee Purcell; her great grandchildren, Lillyanna, Desmond Plascencia, Brewer and Fletcher Alewine; and her close friend Connie Falconer. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Skipper's honor.
