She was predeceased by: her husband Randall C. Hicks; and her son-in-law Jeremy Jenkins. She is survived by: her children, David C. Hicks, Michael S. Hicks (Shannon Hicks) and Denakae Jenkins; her grandchildren, Erica Cruz, Randy Hicks, Ann and Tiffany Sirmans; and her great grandchildren, Olivia Cruz, Mikey Hicks and Sebastian Sirmans.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lord & Stephens Funeral Homes (4355 Lexington Rd, Athens, GA 30605).
