She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Varn and Harriet Hudson Varn. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Mathews; her children, David Mathews (Linda) and Leigh Segell; her grandchildren, Thomas Mathews (Loganne) and Eric Mathews (Haylee); her great grandchildren, Ryanne and Maelynne; and her sister Kay Chafin (Ted).
