She was predeceased by: her husband William Neil Witcher; and her parents, Edward Odell Fowler and Florrie Mae Fitzpatrick Witcher. She is survived by: her children, Eddie Witcher (Rita), Richard Neil Witcher (Barbara) and Amanda Ginn (Keith); her grandchildren, Pam Ledford, Dan, Odell, Russ Andy, Alan Witcher and Maylin Matheny; and her stepgrandchildren, Rhonda Howington, James Hembree and Lorie Edwards. She is also survived by twenty three great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren and one great great great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lord & Stephens Funeral Homes (4355 Lexington Rd, Athens, GA 30605). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Fitzpatrick Family Cemetery (1695 Winterville Rd, Athens, GA 30605).
