She was predeceased by: her daughters, Carol Johnston and Cassandra Louise Johnston. She is survived by: her husband Robert C. Johnston; her son Robert R. Johnston; and her caregivers, Debbie Cofer, Margie Burke, Tracey Jackson, Whitney Taylor, Aleta Cantey, Barbara Walton and Frankie Andrews.
