He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marion Williams Jr. and Sara Luke Williams; his sister Carol Williams House; and his brother-in-law James "Jimmy" House. He is survived by: his children, Krystal West (Nick) of Braselton, Jamie Williams of Pendergrass and Jake Williams of Statham; his sisters, Jane Williams Boggus (Benny) of Bowdon and Ann Inouye of Buford; and his grandchildren, Parks West and Bradee West. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
