Janice Logan Obituary

We announce the death of Janice Logan (Athens, Georgia), who passed away on September 3, 2026, at the age of 79. Janice will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, A. C. Taylor and Mildred Turner Taylor. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristen Sepesi of Watkinsville, Georgia and Jennifer Beck (Andy) of Birmingham, Alabama; her brothers, Alan Taylor and Linny Taylor; her grandchildren, Maggie Blanks (Jarvis), Jane Beck, Lily Beck, Avery Sepesi and Jacob Sepesi; and her great grandchildren, Cassie Blanks and Liam Blanks.

Even in death, her service continues through the donation of her brain to medical research—a final gift from a woman who spent her life learning, teaching, encouraging, and helping others.
