She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Hulsey and Eunice Perry Hulsey; her husband Loyd Kenneth Purcell; her siblings, Clara Hulsey Rudeseal, Rudolph Hulsey, Jeff Hulsey, Herbert Hulsey, Margie Hulsey Barnett, Miniard Hulsey and Everett Hulsey; and her son-in-law Phillip Foil.
She is survived by: her daughter Paula Purcell Foil of Winder; her granddaughters, Ashley Wood (Seth) and Beth Winkler (Cullen); and her siblings, Thenia Hulsey Tilson and Julian Hulsey. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
