He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jones Pledger; his children, Ricky Pledger (Bonnie), Scott Pledger (Miriam), Sherrie Davis (James) and Melissa Bupp (Justin); his grandchildren, Bailey Vicars (Chase), Taylor Money (Lane), Madyson Pledger, Brittany Medina (David), Autumn Weaber (Chaz), Noah Bupp, Isaac Bupp and Willow Bupp; his great grandchildren, Blair Vicars, Corbin Money and Braxton Money; and his sister Joyce Silvey.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lord & Stephens Funeral Homes (4355 Lexington Rd, Athens, GA 30605). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at the Crawford Cemetery.
