He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Mell Arnold and Onie Sellers Arnold; his granddaughter Kellie Merola Jennings; and his son-in-law Sal Merola. He is survived by: his wife Elaine NeeSmith Mincey Arnold of Athens; and his children, Roxie Arnold Merola of Clarksville, Georgia, Dale J. Arnold (Leslie) of Harlem, Paul G. Arnold (Angie) of Jonesborough and Reece Mincey (Patsy) of Cedar Crossing, Georgia. He is also survived by grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
