He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank H. Cofer, Jr. and Ginny Atves Cofer; his siblings, Frank H. Cofer III and Katherine Cofer-Rupp; his brother-in-law Shannon Rupp; and his nephew Elliot Rupp. He was also cherished by numerous friends and extended family.
